Hello, Wayside Patrons!
Due to construction, and for Safety and Efficiency reasons, Wayside will be adjusting our Drop-Off and Pick-Up Lines for the 23-24 School Year.

Wayside will be hosting two Parent Information Meetings. These two meetings will cover the same material. Parents with questions are invited to attend one of the meetings if they need clarification regarding the new Drop-Off and Pick-Up line procedures.
The meetings will take place on Thursday, July 27th at 6:30 PM and then again on Thursday, August 3rd at 6:30 PM. Both meetings will be held in the Wayside Gymnasium.
*Starting August 10th, we are asking patrons NOT to park on either side of Jefferson Street between the school and the new staff parking lot during Drop-Off or Pick-Up times. (8:00 AM - 9:00 AM and (3:00 PM - 4:00 PM).
**Also, we want to inform everyone in advance that the sidewalk which connects Stonewall Drive to the Wayside campus will NOT be accessible during the 23-24 school year.

Also, parents and/or guardians are welcome to come to the school to check the Lost and Found between now and May 19th. Any items left in Lost and Found after May 19th will be donated to local shelters or charities.

We just wanted to say "Thank You" to Truity Credit Union for their donation of 15 new umbrellas at Wayside! We were badly in need of new ones! The new umbrellas will help keep our staff and students dry during student drop-off and pick-up. Thank you Truity for supporting BPS!

Children's Musical Theatre presents Finding Nemo Summer Camp for ages 7-16, May 22-July 10. cmtonstage.com
Check this out! Mrs. Revard's and Mrs. Gerber's 2nd grade classes participated in a "Measurement Olympics" to end their measurement unit. Students went head to head in several events including Paper Plate Discus, Straw Javelin Throw, Standing Long Jump, Trashketball, Cotton Ball Shot Put, and Marshmallow Golf. What a fun way to end the unit!
